Yes, Ruggable is proud to provide a one-year limited warranty that any Ruggable floor coverings and throw pillows sold will be free of any defects in materials and workmanship.
If you experience issues with your Ruggable floor coverings or throw pillows, please let our team know. We will do our best to resolve your issue, and if we deem it necessary, will offer a complimentary replacement.
This warranty is viable for a period of up to one-year from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and can only be extended to products sold on Ruggable.com.
This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from improper care, negligence, accidents, abnormal use or modifications will not be covered by the warranty. When does my warranty coverage begin?

How do I submit a warranty claim?
In order to file a warranty claim in the event of a defect, simply email us at support@ruggable.com with at least 3 images* of the Rug. We also require that you provide proof of original purchase on Ruggable.com.
*Additional images may be required depending on the nature of the defect.
Levity Products
Please note all Levity products sold on Ruggable.com are excluded from Ruggable's one-year limited warranty coverage. Nevertheless, as a testament to the quality and workmanship of Levity products, Ruggable will be able to provide replacement parts, refund, or credit should an item or part become defective or unusable through normal wear and usage within one year of delivery. Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, excess weight, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered. For qualifying products, Ruggable may refund, replace, or give credit for the damaged item, at its sole discretion, without charge. In instances of minor defects or damage (to be determined by Ruggable), Ruggable may offer a partial refund. In order to submit a request, simply email us at support@ruggable.com with at least 3 images of the defective item (additional images may be required depending on the nature of the defect). We also require that you provide proof of original purchase of Levity products on Ruggable.com; we are unable to provide refund, replacements, or credits for Levity products not sold on Ruggable.com or transferred to a third party.
Levity covers and chairs are stain-resistant and durable, but no fabric or material is impervious to everything. Routine care and cleaning are vital to maintaining the long-term durability and appearance of your Levity item.
