Yes, any Ruggable product purchased from Ruggable.com between November 13th through January 1st can be returned for a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee* per item) or exchanged (at no extra cost if you are residing in the U.S.) until January 30th.
At this moment, we do not offer exchanges for customers residing outside the U.S. or exchanges for Levity products purchased from Ruggable.com, except for same-chair Chair Covers.
For customers residing outside of the U.S., we do accept returns, but customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels. For further assistance on returns outside of the U.S., please email our Customer Care team at support@ruggable.com.
