After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
You can check to see where your order is in the production process using our Order Status Tracker.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Please Note: All of our products are made to order which means parts of your order may ship separately depending on things like texture, size, design or production location. If your order does ship separately, you will be notified that your order was partially shipped, and receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each part of your order.
We also recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager, which allows you to receive up-to-date tracking notifications via text or email, request to have your package held at a FedEx location, change your shipping address, receive assistance with shipping delays or lost packages, and more!
