Our pet beds come compressed and vacuum-sealed for shipping. If the protective, vacuum-sealed packaging is opened, we can no longer accept returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your pet bed purchase and the vacuum-sealed packaging is still intact, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. We offer two options:
Full refund: You can choose to receive a full refund for your returned pet bed. Please note that a $25 restocking fee per box will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.
Exchange: Alternatively, you can opt to exchange the pet bed for a different style or size, subject to availability, for no additional cost.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our self-service portal. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of opened pet beds (where the vacuum seal on the package has been opened) for hygienic reasons.
