Yes, any Ruggable product purchased from Ruggable.com between November 20th through January 1st can be returned for a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee* per item) or exchanged (at no extra cost if you are residing in the U.S.) until January 30th.
At this moment, we do not offer exchanges for customers residing outside the U.S. For further assistance on returns outside of the U.S., please email our Customer Care team at support@ruggable.com.
