When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there’s a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder.
After your order is placed, you can check to see where your order is in the production process using our Order Tracker.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Due to increased volume, during peak sale periods and holidays, if your order is past our current 2-3 week, (3-5 weeks for Canadian Customers) window, we kindly ask that you wait at least 48 hours for the tracker to update before reaching out to our Customer Care team.
We also recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager, which allows you to receive up-to-date tracking notifications via text or email, request to have your package held at a FedEx location, change your shipping address, and more!
