When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there’s a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order tracking information and estimated delivery date. You can click on the order tracking link directly in the email or enter your tracking number at FedEx.com. Additionally, you can see where your order is at in the production process by using our order tracker.
We also recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager, which allows you to receive up-to-date tracking notifications via text or email, request to have your package held at a FedEx location, change your shipping address, and more!
