If you have already purchased a rug, and don't know which texture Rug Cover you have, you can find this information by checking your order confirmation or your packing slip. Please see details below:

The name of your rug texture will be listed in the item, for example, if your item has the words “Outdoor,” “Plush,” “Shag,” "Re-Jute", “Doormat” or "Faux Hide" in the name, that is your Rug Cover texture. Please follow instructions for that specific texture as they appear in our FAQ.

If only the pattern name appears, you have our “Classic” texture. Please follow instructions for Classic Rugs as they appear in our FAQ.
