Pre-wash stain removal tips:
If you notice stains on your Classic rug, try one of the following pre-treatments before washing:

Laundry stain remover spray: Use a laundry stain removal spray according to the product directions. We’ve found that enzyme-based laundry stain removers work best on our Classic Rug Covers, but oxygen-based stain removers can also provide a boost when washing.

Carpet spot cleaner: Carpet spot cleaners can be used as a pre-wash treatment as well, just apply the product to the stain and wait 10 minutes before washing the rug.

Powder stain remover: Soak the stained area of the Rug Cover in a mixture of powder stain remover and room temperature water for a few hours or up to overnight before washing.

Laundry detergent: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of laundry detergent into cool water and lightly work the mixture into the stain. Allow the Rug Cover to rest with the detergent mixture for an hour before washing.

To help neutralize pet odors, you may choose to add ½ cup of white vinegar to your detergent

If a stain does not come out after one wash, you can run it through another wash cycle to remove the stain before drying
