Levity products and chairs bought on Ruggable.com will be subject to replacement parts, refund or credit should an item or part become defective or unusable through normal wear and usage within one year of delivery. Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, excess weight, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered. For qualifying products, Ruggable and Levity customer care may refund, replace, or give credit for the damaged item, at its sole discretion, without charge. In instances of minor defects or damage (to be determined by Ruggable/Levity), Ruggable/Levity may offer a partial refund. In order to submit a request for Levity products sold on Ruggable.com, email support@ruggable.com with at least 3 images of the defective item (additional images may be required depending on the nature of the defect.) We also require that you provide proof of original purchase on Ruggable.com; we are unable to provide refund, replacements, or credits for products not sold on Ruggable.com or transferred to a third party.
