    With The Life Happens Guarantee, Ruggable products purchased from Ruggable.com can be returned for any reason for a full refund (minus a returns processing fee, determined by item/size and number of shipping labels provided*) within 30 days of the delivery date. Orders placed after Nov 15, 2025 qualify for extended returns through Jan 31, 2026.

    We understand that you may have made our products a part of your home or tried washing the products to see if they live up to our washability promise. Don’t worry about your returned item(s) having some pet fur on them or signs of normal wear and tear, we will still honor The Life Happens Guarantee.

    However, if the returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion), such items(s) will not be refunded.

    *Returns Processing Fee:

  • Non-Returnable: Ruggable Spot Cleaner + Stain Remover and Sample Swatches
  • Tier 1 ($10 USD, $15 CAD): Doormats, Bath Mats, Pillows, Pet Beds and rugs sized 2x3, 2.5x7, 2.5x10
  • Tier 2 ($25 USD, $30 CAD): Rugs sized 5x7, 4x6, 3x5, 6x9, 2.5x12
  • Tier 3 ($40 USD, $45 CAD): Rugs sized 8x10, 9x12, 10x14, 6 round, 8 round

Yes. Ruggable rugs are designed to be pet-friendly! You can easily clean both the Rug Cover and the Rug Pad (see care instructions) and rinse away stains and odors, including pet hair, dirt, slobber, and more. Our Rug Covers are also machine-washable, so you can take them off and put them in your washing machine at home.

For wet messes, spot-clean the area with soap and water using a washcloth or towel, then allow the Pad to dry laying flat.

We recommend periodically vacuuming on a low suction setting or sweeping under your Rug Pad to prevent the build-up of dirt, dust, and moisture.

After cleaning underneath the Rug Pad, make sure the floor is completely dry before laying your Rug Pad back down.
