Returns are simple and stress-free—so you can spend less time worrying and more time living. If you’re not in love after living with your Ruggable product, washing it, and putting it to the test, we’ll take it back within 30 days of delivery. That’s our Life Happens Guarantee.
If you received your order within the last 30 days to a U.S. address, we encourage you to use our Self-Service Portal below to return your product. Please note that a returns processing fee* will be deducted for each item(s) returned. For more information on return eligibility, see our Return Policy article.

To initiate a return using the Self-Service Portal, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
Step 2: Select the item and reason you wish to return.
Step 3: Select "Return for $ amount."
Step 4: Follow the prompts to complete your request. Once your request is complete, you will receive a prepaid shipping label directly to your inbox.
Step 5: Drop your package off at any FedEx location using our prepaid shipping label. You will need a separate shipping label for each item.
Step 6: Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund. You will receive a refund confirmation email for each refund. Please contact your financial institution if your account is not credited within 7 business days of your refunds being issued.
Please remember to check your spam/junk mail folders when waiting for a response from us. Sometimes our emails get delivered there instead of your inbox. We also recommend that you add support@ruggable.com to your Email Contacts or Safe Sender list, so you don't miss a response from us.
