If you received your order within the last 30 days to a U.S. address, we encourage you to use our Self-Service Portal below to return your product. Please note that a $25 processing fee will be deducted for each item(s) returned. For more information on return eligibility, follow this link here!

To initiate a return using the Self-Service Portal, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
Step 2: Select the item and reason you wish to return.
Step 3: Select "Return for $ amount."
Step 4: Follow the prompts to complete your request. Once your request is complete, you will receive a prepaid shipping label directly to your inbox.
Step 5: Ship back your item using our prepaid shipping label. You will need a separate shipping label for each item.
Step 6: Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund. You will receive a refund confirmation email for each refund. Please contact your financial institution if your account is not credited within 7 business days of your refunds being issued.
Please remember to check your spam/junk mail folders when waiting for a response from us. Sometimes our emails get delivered there instead of your inbox. We also recommend that you add support@ruggable.com to your Email Contacts or Safe Sender list, so you don't miss a response from us.
