We understand that you may have made our products a part of your home or tried washing the products to see if they live up to our washability promise. Don’t worry about your returned item(s) having some pet fur on them or signs of normal wear and tear! Any returns that follow the guidelines within our Return Policy will be refunded within 3 business days after receiving your returned item(s) at our facility.
All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed beyond normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion) will not be refunded. Your product return will not be accepted, or you will receive a partial refund.
