You may exchange your Ruggable products for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date at no extra cost. At this moment, only customers within the United States can use our Exchange Portal. If you are outside of the United States, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@ruggable.com.
Here are a few considerations:
1. We understand you may have made our products a part of your home or tried washing the products to see if they live up to our washability promise. You can still exchange items that show signs of normal wear and tear. However, items in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion) will not be eligible for exchange.
2. You may only exchange an order once. You may not exchange an already exchanged item.
3. Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
4. If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we’ll refund the difference. If the item you’re exchanging costs more than your original purchase, we’ll charge you for the difference.
5. Exchange credits cannot be saved and used at a later time.
6. You may only exchange your item for a similar item (e.g., Rug Cover for a Rug Cover, Tufted All-in-One Rug for a Tufted All-in-One Rug).
7. You must return the entire Rug System when exchanging as applicable (For Two-Piece Rug Systems, this includes both the Rug Pad and the Rug Cover).
